The transient is synonymous with 2MASXJ11490866%2B5750409; an r=16.76 mag galaxy found in the NED/SDSS catalogues. It's located 1.3 arcsec (2.4 Kpc) from the galaxy core. A host z=0.100 implies a m - M = 38.32.
