The transient is possibly associated with SDSS J133026.0+274212.3; a J=15.44 mag galaxy found in the SDSS/2MASS/GAIA/PS1 catalogues. Its located 0.40" N, 1.85" W (2.4 Kpc) from the galaxy centre. A host z=0.134 implies a m - M = 39.00.
