Prediction: Supernova

The transient is possibly associated with SDSSJ102045.87%2B083838.0; an r=17.79 mag galaxy found in the NED/SDSS/PS1 catalogues. Its located 1.70" N, 6.92" W (13.6 Kpc) from the galaxy centre. A host z=0.104 implies a m - M = 38.41.
