Prediction: Supernova

The transient is possibly associated with SDSS J141008.33+032315.2; an r=18.52 mag galaxy found in the SDSS/PS1 catalogues. Its located 0.45" S, 2.00" E (6.5 Kpc) from the galaxy centre. A host z=0.189 implies a m - M = 39.82.
