The transient is possibly associated with 2MASXJ16150160%2B3901110; a J=13.30 mag galaxy found in the NED_D/SDSS/2MASS/PS1 catalogues. Its located 2.92" S, 0.83" E (2.8 Kpc) from the galaxy centre. A host distance of 189.0 Mpc(z=0.072) implies a m - M = 36.38.
