Prediction: Nuclear Transient

The transient is synonymous with 2MASXJ08093362%2B1531103; an r=16.89 mag galaxy found in the NED/SDSS catalogues. It's located 1.2 arcsec (1.0 Kpc) from the galaxy core. A host z=0.045 implies a m - M = 36.47.
