Sherlock Contextual Classification

Prediction: Supernova

The transient is possibly associated with MRK0937; a J=12.19 mag galaxy found in the NED/SDSS/2MASS/PS1 catalogues. It's located 3.96 arcsec N, 13.73 arcsec W (8.4 Kpc) from the galaxy centre. A host z=0.030 implies a m - M = 35.56.
