Prediction: Supernova

The transient is possibly associated with 2MASXJ10092820%2B4615102; a J=14.41 mag galaxy found in the NED/SDSS/2MASS/PS1 catalogues. It's located 11.07 arcsec N, 4.04 arcsec E (22.2 Kpc) from the galaxy centre. A host z=0.102 implies a m - M = 38.37.
