The transient is possibly associated with 2MASXJ09042196%2B1247244; an r=17.55 mag galaxy found in the NED/SDSS/PS1 catalogues. It's located 2.09 arcsec N, 4.00 arcsec E (4.4 Kpc) from the galaxy centre. A host z=0.050 implies a m - M = 36.72.
