Prediction: Supernova

The transient is possibly associated with 2MASXJ12331946%2B4259066; a J=15.08 mag galaxy found in the NED/SDSS/2MASS/GAIA/PS1 catalogues. It's located 0.45 arcsec N, 1.78 arcsec E (2.1 Kpc) from the galaxy centre. A host z=0.073 implies a m - M = 37.59.
